If you contact us via the contact form on our website or through the WhatsApp button, we process the personal data you provide (such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, and message content) solely for the purpose of answering your inquiry, preparing a hunting offer, and managing our communication. This data is processed based on your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) expressed by sending the message or initiating the chat.
If you choose to contact us via the Signal button, the communication is end-to-end encrypted and handled in accordance with Signal’s privacy standards.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Inquiries and Contact Form Data: If you contact us regarding a hunting offer, your data is retained for as long as necessary to answer your questions and manage our business communication. If no booking is made, your data will be deleted within 12 months after the communication ends.
Booking and Trip Documentation: If you book a hunting trip with us, we retain your data (such as name, passport details, hunting license numbers) for the period required by Polish hunting regulations and state authorities to secure all necessary permits.
Financial and Accounting Records: Personal data linked to invoices and financial transactions is stored for a minimum period of 5 years, as strictly required by Polish tax and accounting laws.
WhatsApp Chats: Messages sent via WhatsApp are stored within our chat history until you ask us to delete them or when the communication is no longer needed.
